Scheduling woes
Scheduling patients for clinics should be something that hospital information systems do well, and save clinicians time, as well as improving service to patients. So its a shame to read of the difficulties faced by clinicians who are trying to use NPfIT systems , and especially sad that new systems may require more administrative staff.
