Attivio - linked data?

Attivio are showing a demo of linked data - about baseball (guess who they are trying to impress) - showing a semi-automated way to link across structured and unstructured data without having to pay the semantic web tax. It's just a user demo, so it doesn't show much about what's going on in the background.
