Posted by: Dr. Mercola
'In November 2009, I had the privilege of attending a gathering of some of the leading anti-aging biologists and experts in the world.
In the video above, Bill Andrews, PhD and CEO of Sierra Sciences explains what telomeres are, and how extending telomeres may be able to alter the human aging process as we know it. I actually had the chance to have lunch with Dr. Andrews right after his lecture to ask him for more details about it.
Many anti aging experts agree that this approach is, without question, one of the most exciting methods that holds great promise to actually REVERSE aging.'

Before thinking of buying those very expensive products here are some vitamins that usually fond in skin care products that would help you in taking care of your skin, to keep it healthy, young-looking and may reduce the signs of skin aging
Vitamin A- This typically can be used in retin A, basically it's retinol derivative, What it does is it helps reduce the fine lines and wrinkles. And it also helps to exfoliates and increase cellular turnover.
Vitamin C- Is usually the most popular vitamin found in skin care products, both topically or internally you can take it.Internally, because it is a water soluble ingredient. And it is something that you want to make sure that you consistently taking it cause it is washed out with body fluids, So you make sure that you take it pretty frequently or as prescribed by your doctor. Before the skin, it usually helps to repair collagen elastin, so it helps to make your skin nice and plump, also fight environmental aggressors, so it's good for environmental stressed skin or sun-damaged skin.
Omegas- They help your skin in lipid production and barrier functions, they help to ensure your skin functions the way it supposed to.
Stretch marks, Mother's nightmare.

Stretch marks and losing weight are the most common problems after giving birth. When i gave birth to my first daughter, I never had much problems when it comes to losing weight and skin problems. My skin never turned dark or uneven, I didn't gain that much weight, so what's to lose? I thought that if i get pregnant again, things will be just the same......not!
Last year when i was still pregnant on my second baby, I was so surprised when i noticed that some parts of my skin are getting darker and uneven. I've gained more weight than i thought i could. I didn't add lbs til i was on my 7th month when I've noticed that I'm getting heavier than before.
But the worst thing that i never thought would happened to me were the stretch marks,(oh, so unlucky of me) up to know I'm still following some routines to make it go away.. but of course i know that my skin will never be the same again, I already accepted that fact. (sigh)
Here are some good news for mommies like me who are also having the same problems. My doctor advised me to try creams that may reduce the visibility of stretch marks. Retin A and Renova- are creams that help to reduce wrinkles and treat dark spots and roughness of skin, It is also good to reduce stretchmarks.
Based on studies 80% of patients are happy with the results with continued use for 6 months. Retinoids from these products are helps to promote cell growth or regeneration in the upper layer of the skin, and it also help in to complete the collagen in the lower layer of the skin. but of course it still varies to different types of people. You may want to consult your doctor first.

2.Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
3.Avoid fatty foods.
4.Get enough sleep.(When sleeping, try not to sleep face down)
