Implied consent set to be scrapped

Following on from the recommendations set out in Trish Greenhalgh's review, it looks as if Implied consent set to be scrapped for SCR. Replacing implied consent with 'consent to view' should be a step towards a more patient-centric approach to privacy and consent. (BTW, if anyone wants to know how close CfH came to failing to set up the programme that funded Professor Greenhalgh, just ask)
