THE CAPTURE OF NATURAL HEALTH

http://www.energyhealinginfoonline.com/wp-content/uploads/14_4_orig.jpg

"... These days, the professions of chiropractic and naturopathy and acupuncture have, at the highest levels, sold their souls to allopathic medicine and federal regulators—thinking that Obamacare, in its fine print, will protect them into the future, because they can bill for insurance, and all will be well. Therefore, for them, the fight for health freedom is over. They think they’ve actually won.

How many cups of coffee?

Coffee maybe one of the most confusing food in the world, many studies shows some good and bad effects of drinking coffee. Here are some of the few health benefits that would give you an idea about your favorite latte.

Based on recent studies shows that your morning coffee routine may lead to a better health, We all know that there is nothing like starting your day with a cup of coffee.
A little caffeine pumps you up, it stimulates your nervous system. Boosts mental alertness, and based on the those studies that a few cups a day may be good for you.

Those studies shows that regular coffee drinkers may have a lower risk for death and heart disease, What causes this benefit? It must be something other than caffeine because the protective effects were also found in decaffeinated coffee drinkers. Coffee is plant based. It contains ingredients that reduce the inflammation and improve blood vessel function. these chemicals are fenols with antioxidant properties.

Now this study might get the attention of all those coffee drinkers, but it doesn't mean that you have to double your intake. Always remember that moderation still matters. Anything that is too much can be bad. Based on another recent study of moderation study of coffee, found that men who drink 6 cups of coffee a day, almost doubled their risk of heart disease. But women who drinks only 2 cups a day reduce their risk of heart disease by 25%. So, this shows that moderation does matters.

The Dead Peasants Society and the American Holocaust

Michael Moore's Expose of 'Dead Peasant' Insurance Policies

ABC News 'Stunned' To Discover Dead Peasant Insurance . . . Really?

--Alien Abductee

Health Maven Commentary

Why is it that corporations have the money to pay for stealth, employee, death insurance, but don't have the money to pay for employee, health insurance? In the video ABC News, media celebrities characterize 'dead peasant' insurance as "creepy." And it is. But merely describing dead peasant insurance as creepy sends the wrong message about this obscene practice. The reality is it's a systemic, and 'legal' P R E D A T O R Y practice. It's revealing of the fact that the Elites routinely view people as corporate assets, or things that can be exploited at will for their profit--just like stocks, bonds, derivatives and other Wall Street Ponzi scheme financial instruments of mass destruction. It's dehumanizing. And that hurts--all of us.

"For example, on corporate-owned life insurance, Moore notes that one cannot take out fire insurance on a neighbour’s house because doing so would provide a financial incentive to burn the house down. The apparent implication is that companies may be killing off their workers to collect insurance payouts. There is no evidence of such skullduggery, or at least Moore does not present any."

"The real issue, which Capitalism fails to mention, is that corporations can use such insurance policies to avoid paying taxes. Whereas interest on money borrowed to pay premiums is tax-deductible, the resulting insurance payouts are tax-exempt. "Dead peasant" insurance is not a new and sinister corporate scheme to profit from death, but an old and sinister corporate scheme to drain the public treasury."

-- Erin Weir at the Canadian economics blog Progressive Economics Forum

Although Erin raises a significant issue, Health Maven considers this to be the REAL issue:

How much money has actually been made by corporations from current and former low-level employees who died because they couldn't afford health Insurance? Of course, we will never know.

Health Maven does not favor Big Pharma, forced, disease management 'health' insurance. However, something has to be done about the absence of REAL and AFFORDABLE health care options in America.

France's Model Healthcare System

U.S. Spends Most on Health, But France No. 1 in Treatment

Myth: The U.S. has the best health care system in the world.

"Seven years ago, the World Health Organization made the first major effort to rank the health systems of 191 nations. France and Italy took the top two spots; the United States was a dismal 37th. More recently, the highly regarded Commonwealth Fund has pioneered in comparing the United States with other advanced nations through surveys of patients and doctors and analysis of other data. Its latest report, issued in May, ranked the United States last or next-to-last compared with five other nations — Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand and the United Kingdom — on most measures of performance, including quality of care and access to it. Other comparative studies also put the United States in a relatively bad light."

An American Holocaust

Did you know 44,789 U.S. residents die every year because they have no health insurance?
"I Would Like To Apologize To The Dead"
By Congressman Alan Grayson

"Last night, I gave a speech and I’m not going to recount everything I said but after that speech, several republicans asked me to apologize. I would like to apologize.

I would like to apologize and here's why. according to this study, health insurance and mortality in adults which was published two weeks, 44,000 Americans die every year because they have no health insurance. 44,789 Americans die every year according to the Harvard study. and you can see it by going to our website at grayson.house.gov. that is 10 times more than the number of Americans who have died in Iraq and who died in 9/11. but that was just once. this is every single year. that's right. every single year.

Take a look at this. read it and weep. and I mean that, read it and weep, because of all these Americans who are dying because they don't have health insurance. Now, I think we should do something about that and the democratic health care plan does do something about that. It makes health care affordable for those who can't afford insurance and it safes these peoples' lives.

Let's remember we should care about people even after they're born. I call upon the democratic members of the house, I call upon the republican members of the house, I call upon all of us to do our jobs for the sake of America, for the sake of those dying people and their families.

I apologize to the dead and their families that we haven't voted sooner to end this holocaust in America. I yield the rest of my time."

Eating healthy part 2: Durian. The hate me or love me fruit

Is this a healthy food to try or a fruit to avoid?

Durian. The first time i tried this was when i was 11 years old, The smell is really bad, and i just don't like it.. But that was then,(when i was young i tend to hate odd looking fruits) Well, I like it now more than before. My sister often tells me that people has only two views for this fruit " Hate it or Love it" All i can say is that I'm in between. It is known in South and East Asian Countries as the "King of all fruits".

Tracy asked me last time about the fruit with porcupine type skin. Well, there were 3 fruits on my mind that day. But for now I'll post Durian first. The smell may repel you but it really tastes good. So, What are the health benefits that you could get from Durian?

Durian is packed with proteins, minerals, antioxidants and other phytonutrients.

I can still remember my granny used to tell me that you can't just pick this fruit from a tree and eat. You have to wait for this fruit to fall from the tree. And wait for few more days until it ripened before you can actually eat it. This fruit is known to be high in Tryptophan,

Tryptophan increases brain levels of serotonin and melatonin, both are known as sleep-inducing hormones. So it helps to relaxes your brain and get sleepy. This fruit maybe consider as a good sleeping aid. If your travelling to South East Asian Countries, you may want to give this fruit a try. Expect that the smell would be unpleasant but it's worth the try.
