A thing and its URL

Hoonoh was recommended to me as a leading edge semantic web application:
Hoonoh is a "Social Search Engine" that attempts to tell you who within your social network knows about particular topics, and rank them as information sources according to three trust factors: their experience of the topic, their expertise in the topic, and your affinity to them.
It's early days, but there's little value on show at the moment. Someone 'knows about accommodation' because they have reviewed several places they've stayed in. I wouldn't say this qualifies, especially since one of the reviews is not of a hotel but of its website. Surely a moderately capable semantic application could distinguish between a review of a place and a review of its website?
