'WHO’s new guidelines called "Interim planning considerations for mass gatherings in the context of pandemic (H1N1) 2009 influenza" state that anyone planning an assembly of a 1000 people or more should consult health authorities.
The authorities are allowed to restrict the right of assembly if they determine an event will contribute to the "spread of a pandemic."
The ban has been widely expected as WHO under the subterfuge of fighting a pandemic clamps down on protests triggered by bank and government corruption that has impoverished people in Europe and the USA.'
