Today I came home to a few surprises on my doorstep....

So far I am in looove and promise a full review after I've tested them out!
After work tonight, Shelley & I went to pick up our bibs for the 10K tomorrow

Now I'm off to dinner with Kevin at a yummy italian spot, and hanging around for the night. I'm hoping to get some more reading done on my total immersion swimming book, and thinking of ways to jump start my nutrition motivation.
