'Researchers claim that Breakfast really could be the most important meal of the day when it comes to losing weight.
Over several months, obese women who ate half their daily calories first thing fared better than those eating a much smaller amount.
"My guess is that eating breakfast helps you spread out your hunger and manage your food intake better throughout the day," said a study author Dr. James O. Hill, director of the Center for Human Nutrition at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.'
