'Let us be very clear here. This new law is not about trying to inform parents about the value of vaccines. That's the cover story - the front, the mask they're using. No, it's really about one thing and one thing only: making vaccine exemptions all but impossible in California. So much for the internal dialogue and connecting the dots.
