Avocados are rich in potassium, magnesium and folate. They are on my best foods for flat abs list because they are tasty and a great healthy fat to add to your diet.
My tuna sandwich-
Instead of mayo use avocado.
Much necessary avocado scooper!
I use solid white tuna, drain it and add half an avocado (watch out because it is higher in calories. Yes it is healthy but save half for later or you will be adding 200-400 extra calories to your sandwich).
Eat it plain, or a whole grain sandwich. I add tomato, sea salt and spinach to spice it up!
If you have have have to use mayo and you are unwilling to give it up. I suggest trying the reduced fat olive oil based mayo from kraft. You will still get healthy fats in with the olive oil and you aren't compromising the taste. Baby steps right?
