Gotta Change It Up

I always get these messages from people asking me to give them workouts... People I would love to sit around all day and personal train every last one of you, but I cant. So when it comes to my workouts there is one thing I always always always do- Change it up.

The best thing you can do is to keep your body guessing. You aren't getting results anymore because your body has grown accustom to your workout, so you have to change things up every once in a while.

Did you know that I'm crazy? No seriously, I am crazy about my workouts and I get bored really really fast. So I compiled a huge booklet of workouts so that I always have something to look to when I am in need of a fresh idea.

Oxygen mag is prob my fav but I like Men's Health, Women's Health, Shape mag, Live-strong, RX Fitness and many more. I am online pinning new workouts on Pinterest or searching the web for all types of different workouts to challenge myself.



Not only do I need to keep it fresh for myself but when I have 100 girls showing up for my 25 min Abs class then I need to CHANGE IT UP! I have all my group fitness classes in different folders and I have a type of workouts specific to the class I teach- spinning, kickboxing, strength, Abs.

I feel like people ask me like I hold the secret key to the best workouts. I don't. I just try new things all the time. I also workout every SINGLE day. Whether its active rest, a hard lift or intervals I am doing something. Like I said I am crazy. Even my dog thinks I am crazy because I am currently trying to teach him the word "run"- he is prob like crap hide under the bed she is trying to take me on another run.

So that's my special secret. Workout every day, eat clean and CHANGE IT UP!!
