Introduction

Hi and welcome to my blog! My name is Carly :) I’m from Melbourne, Australia, 17 and fresh out of high school! I live at home with my mum, dad, two sisters, one very lazy cat and one very cheeky dog. January 2013 I’ll be beginning a Personal Training course and I’m hoping to get into a Nutrition course, fingers crossed!

Those of you who have seen my posts on instagram with know that I’m a self-confessed food lover and fitness enthusiast. My recipe book is overflowing and I am SO KEEN to share these creations with you all! There will be some personal posts thrown in too; hopefully these don’t bore you ;)

My approach to eating is simple. Eat for your body. Your body is your home, the only one you’ve got, so take care of it! And food is your fuel. The power of good nutrition is too strong to deny! I eat a range of fresh fruit and veggies, whole grains, lean meats and loooads of nuts and seeds. This is not a ‘diet’; this is a way of life. Clean eating and regular exercise keeps you in prime form and on top of your game!

It’s been a bumpy ride for me to get to the point I’m at now, I’ve had a lot of ups and downs (mostly downs) in concerns to health. You can read about these here.

I hope I can inspire people to make healthy choices and be inspired by others in the process. Enjoy!
