Pumpkin Pie Granola
You'll need:
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tsp pure agave nectar
1/4 cup cranberries
(optional brown sugar - I went without!)
Method:
1- Prehead oven to 180'C
2- Mix wet ingredients and then incorporate into the dry ingredients
3- Spread onto a cookie tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30-40 mins (depending on how crunchy you want it) stirring every 10 mins or so
So yummyyyyy :D
