Spinach Protein Pancakes

Based on my Coconut Vanilla Protein Pancakes.

Spinach Protein Pancakes
You'll need:
A handful of spinach leaves
2 eggwhites (or 6 tbsp if using cartoned)
2 tbsp almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein
2 tbsp (15g) coconut flour (could sub in oat flour to up the carbs and lower fat)
1/2 tsp baking powder

Method:
1- Blend the first 3 ingredients until the spinach is chopped
2- Mix the last 3 ingredients in a bowl, then pour into the wet spinach mix and whisk until there are no lumps
3- On a sprayed frypan on low-med heat, cook like regular pancakes!

I smothered mine in Walden Farms chocolate syrup ;)

Carbohydrates- 15g
Protein- 35g
Fat- 5g
