A staple in my diet (as pre or post workout) is baked sweet potato, topped with a greek yoghurt/whey mixture and berries of some sort.


I usually have this before working legs, because its a good combination of carbohydrates and protein. The warmness and sweetness of the sweet potato is perfectly balanced by the coldness and tang of the yoghurt and berries....Its just mouthwatering okay?!

You gotta give this a go!
