My first time joining in on this, I'm excited! :)
Breakfast: Cinnamon and mesquite oatmeal with peach, goji berries, chia and sunflower seeds
Mid morning after a jog: Chicken breast, brussel sprouts and baby carrots, all seasoned with black pepper and nutmeg. Sounds like a strange mix but you've got to give it a go!
Lunch: Egg whites and salad, with a bit of salt and heaps of pepper ;)
Pre workout: Sweet potato with greek yoghurt/whey and raspberries on top!
Dinner/post workout: Butternut squash and cauliflower pizza crust with turkey, yellow pepper and zucchini. Getting closer to perfecting this crust!
The last, long awaited meal: Chocolate peanut butter casein mixed with greek yoghurt and almond milk, topped with peanut flour/cacao butter (made liquidy with almond milk), crunchy natural peanut butter and cacao nibs. Casein porn to the max.
