Eats!
Recent breakfast(s):
Cinnamon and chia oatmeal with apricot and pistachios - do you know how long its been since I've had pistachios?! Ahhh I love this little green nut!!
Carrot cake protein oatmeal - enough said.
Recent lunch:
Powerpowl of tuna, spinach, red and green capsicum, cannelini beans, corn kernels and roasted beet, enjoyed out in the sunshine! :)
Recent dinner(s):
I remade my Clean Shepherd's Pie, just changed the ingredients a little bit.
Postworkout the other night I had chicken breast grilled in smashed apricot and cinnamon, sweet potato and almond butter and broccolini. So gooood! :D
Recent snackage:
My Chocolate Pumpkin Microwave Protein Cake made more than one appearance this week ;)
Other meals that rocked my world:
Regular sweet potato, protein/greek yoghurt and berry combo, complete with a big fat tablespoon of nut butter; double the amount I'd normally have; calories, carbs, protein, fats all increased = eating to grow!
And throwing in some casein porn - just cause I can ;)
In other news, I uploaded this onto intagram yesterday for #waistedwednesday - not trying to be vain but I see progress and I've got to say I'm proud of myself! :)
