One of the few cancer drugs with a higher monthly price tag than usual is Erbitux. The drug, used for colon cancer, sells for $9,600 monthly. But don’t tell anyone that a late-stage clinical trial in advanced stomach tumors failed to show that Erbitux had any significant benefit in progression-free survival. It is the second blow for Erbitux in 2012.'
