The healthiest milk.

My daughter hated milk nowadays and I'm always trying to buy something that are flavored. And i ended up with chocolate milk. There are many people who love milk but are too conscious about their health so they ended up not drinking it any more. Here some great milks that you shouldn't taken for granted. A little knowledge about hem won't hurt.

Oat milk, low fat enriched with Calcium and Vitamin D-
craving variety (or really allergy prone)? Oat milk, which taste like Quaker instant with sugar in it. contains 2 grams of fiber per serving(half of which is the soluble, cholesterol-lowering kind). The other grain option, rice milk, is not much more than sugar water with a few added nutrients. Skip it. Oat's low protein means it's less that stellar for active babes looking to build muscle.

Soy Milk- Light unflavored, enriched with calcium and Vitamin D. Agodsend for milk lovers with daily allergies, thick nutty soy milk could help lower your LDL(also known as the bad) cholesterol a few points and some studies shows that it may help protect against nreast cancer. Going light and unflavored allows you to skip extra sugar-chocolate and vanilla flavors ban have two or three times as much.

Cow's milk- fat free skim milk, According to the new study in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, the protein in cow's milk is twice as good at building muscle after workout as its soy counterpart. And without the saturated fat of whole milk, skim won't strain the two percent spandex in your jeans.

Health food, The magic of soybean.

Tofu, soy milk, miso soup, etc. Are just some of the soy products i love. but as i grow up, I've learned that many products in the market are now selling soybean supplements, I have nothing against soya capsules, i just still believe that natural soybean are still the best one.

There are so many reasons why people use soya products as an alternative to dairy products:

For some medical reasons, People who has allergy to milk proteins or lactose intolerance take soya milk instead. Soy can reduce cholesterol
Soy products also help to control the cholesterol level because soybean is cholesterol-free. Soy has soluble fibers that helps to reduce the amount of cholesterol, That are circulating in the our body through our blood. The soy proteins also reduce the cholesterol level.most of the fats in soy products are helpful. It has soy isoflavones that may prevent atherosclerosis

It is known that in most Asian countries were traditional soy products are taken on a daily basis, their rates of cardiovascular diseases are low. Soy also improves the health of our bones. Soy products, such as soy milk, doesn't contain a lot of calcium but the soy isoflavones may help reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Many studies have suggested and shown that soy isoflavones may be a factor in helping to prevent bone loss.

But we all know that anything too much is bad for our health. Soya is no exception. So to be healthy do not just focus into taking just one kid of food. but to have a well balanced diet. and in your diet don't forget to include Soy.
