'Wakefield discusses how the UK government chose to use that vaccine because it was far cheaper and agreed to indemnify SmithKline Beecham for any harm done by it. That left the UK at risk to pay for the care of children who contracted autism. Most heartening is that this group of doctors received him very warmly. It’s the single most heartening thing I’ve seen in this disaster.'
