A great few days.

Yesterday was awesome.
I started my day with some protein and pear packed oats.
I followed this with a great ab session and a 5km jog.
More progress; my little obliques are coming through! :D
To refuel I took the idea from my 'sweet sweet potato' but used pumpkin instead, and got this beauty:
Pumpkin, whey/yoghurt mix, raspberries and walden farms choc syrup. Delectable.
In the afternoon I jumped on a train into the city to pick up my ColorRun pack and be at Fashion Lounge by 4pm. After 2 hours of hair, makeup and rehearsals, it was showtime!
Until last night I didn't know a face could hold so much makeup: I used 9 makeup remover pads to get it all off! But the show was absolutely wonderful and a huge success :)

Today is awesome too.
How could it not be after starting with a breakfast like this?!
Oatmeal made with pumpkin, chia seeds, cinnamon and maple extract, with apple and pumpkin seeds on top. Holy moly this was so good!I am eating my preworkout now as I type:
Protein pudding. Since my butternut squash protein pudding I've remade it with some variation: blueberry, pumpkin, raspberry...Today is was chocolate, peanut butter and banana, A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN.
Perfect to pump me up for a back and biceps session!

And lastly, tomorrow will be awesome. Why is this?
THE COLOR RUN IS TOMORROW!!! :D
5km of colorful, dye throwing goodness, what could be better?!
I'm also meeting a couple of my local girls from instagram for the first time, I'm so excited! :D

Then for dinner I'll be going down to my aunt and uncle's house to see my cousin and her boyfriend who are visiting from interstate; we only get to see them once a year or so, so we make a big deal out of it :)
