Banana, Raspberry and Walnut Protein Bread

Banana, Raspberry and Walnut Protein Bread
You'll need:
1 1/4 cups (150g) rolled oats
2 scoops (60g) whey protein, I use vanilla
3/4 tsp
baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup mashed banana
1 egg white
20g agave syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*1 cup raspberries

30g walnuts, chopped

Method:
1- Preheat oven to 180'C
2- Grind oats into a flour in blender, add to a bowl along with baking powder,
baking soda
and salt. Mix.
3- In another bowl, beat banana, egg white, agave and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients and beat again.
4- Fold in raspberries and walnuts. Pour mixture into a sprayed and lined loaf pan.
5- Bake for 30ish minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

*Feel free to switch up the berries, I've tried this with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, even mixing them! All turned out simply mouthwateringggg

Baking breads/muffins/cakes with whey protein tends to leave the surface of the loaf sticky and on occasion almost rubbery, just a warning!

Stats like these make this an ideal breakfast or preworkout snack, you may want to have 2+ slices though ;)
