Coconut Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Coconut Vanilla Protein Pancakes
You'll need:
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggwhites (or 6 tbsp if using cartoned)
2 tbsp almond milk

Method:
1- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in two separate bowls
2- Pour dry ingredients into wet, stir to incorporate (coconut flour is verrry absorbent, you may add more almond milk to thin to desired consistency)
3- Warm up your pan and spray with EVOO
4- Cook like regular pancakes and serve with desired toppings!

I topped mine blueberries and Walden Farms Caramel Syrup - Omnomnomnomm
