Tandoori Grilled Chicken

This is from the incredible George Foreman'l 'Lean Mean Fat-reducing Grilling Machine Cookbook' - I would marry this man.

Tandoori Grilled Chicken
You'll need (makes enough for 4):
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
200g plain lowfat yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:
1- Lay chicken breast halves in a shallow glass pan
2- Mix marinade ingredients (everything but the chicken) and pour over the chicken, turning to coat them thoroughly. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1-8hours, turing occasionally.
3- When ready to cook, simply throw them on a sprayed grill and cook! (5-7mins)
-Discard any unused marinade

This goes well with everything - I love having it with roasted veggies (as above) :)
