My health capsule is heavily focused on running, and triathlon. But I also want to show a balance of other things in life that lead to overall health and wellness. I think having fun, going on vacation, and enjoying myself lead to a healthier life. I think giving to charities that work to educate & prevent disease lead to a healthy life as well.
I would hope that whoever opens it, would think that I'm a girl who loves to have fun, loves to race, and works hard at being healthy 90% of the time, taking time to indulge when needed.
