Chocolate Pumpkin Microwave Protein Cake

I've attempted many a microwave protein cake, but this one definitely takes the cake! ;) Takes less than 5 minutes all up!

Chocolate Pumpkin Microwave Protein CakeYou'll need:
25g casein powder (chocolate)
1 tsp sweetener or a few drops of stevia
40g pumpkin puree (could sub applesauce, cauliflower puree, sweet potato puree...)
10g or 1 tbsp liquid egg whites (works out to 1/3 of an eggwhite)
1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips

Method:
1- Combine all ingredients (except chocolate) into a thick dough, lastly stirring in the chocolate
2- Press into a mug sprayed with oil of choice
3- Microwave for 30 seconds, then about 5x10 second increments until the top firms up a little
4- Flip onto a plate (or eat out of the mug) and top at will!
